- Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Damaged or Defective Items: Should you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team immediately at flowerpot@glazenestpot.com. To expedite the process, kindly provide photographic evidence of the issue. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at our discretion. You are not required to return the damaged item.
