1.Shipping and Delivery
We process and dispatch orders from our facility in Germany within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, orders are estimated to arrive within 5–7 business days. We utilize professional logistics services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Tracking: Automated tracking notifications will be sent to your registered email address at key milestones.

Delayed Delivery: If an order significantly exceeds the estimated timeframe, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Based on the findings, we will determine the appropriate resolution, including a full refund or a replacement shipment.

2.Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-off Period)
For European Customers: In accordance with European consumer protection laws, customers residing in Europe have the right to withdraw from their purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving their goods without providing any reason.

For U.S. Customers: While U.S. federal law does not mandate a universal “cooling-off” period for online retail, we extend a 14-day return policy to all our U.S. customers. You may return items in their original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

3.Returns and Exchanges

Documentation: Please provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Resolution: Once verified, we will process a full refund or arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. In such cases, you are generally not required to return the damaged item.
